Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship to most countries, please be aware that extra shipping time and customs fees are often required for the import of merchandise in some countries. We will not be held responsible for any extra fees you may encounter with your purchase. 

Can you mark my package as a gift to avoid customs fees?

No, in order to protect the company and its affiliates it is Roxy Marj policy to abide by all import and export laws and requirements. Mislabeling packages is illegal and and can have serious legal ramifications. 

Do you still offer custom messages on blankets?

Unfortunately no. Though we loved the idea of customizing each blanket for your little ones, the logistics of providing this service to everyone purchasing our blankets is just not manageable. 

Refund Policy

If for any reason you would like to return you items we offer a full refund of the purchase price. Items that have been used washed or damaged through normal wear and tear are not returnable. We stand by the quality and workmanship of our products and will work to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase. 

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

While we are working on wholesale with a few strategic partnerships, we do not offer wholesale pricing openly. We are so thankful for everyone interested in bringing our products into their store. And we apologize if we are not able to work with your store. At ROXY MARJ we strive for handmade quality that will last a lifetime. Unique timeless style that will hold true through the years. As well as deep working relationships that bridge the gap between personal and business. Because of the logistics of manufacturing handmade products, we can't offer wholesale to everyone. Therefore we choose wholesale partners very carefully. We look for shops that match our design mentality and aesthetic as well as have a history of successful of brick and mortar operation so that the partnership will be mutually beneficial.
